📦 Return Policy


At Felt Right, we want you to love your purchase. If something doesn’t work out, we offer flexible return and exchange options based on your order value and product type.

Orders Under $1,000

You may return your order within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

You have two return shipping options:

  • We can provide a prepaid return label and deduct the return shipping cost from your refund.

  • You may ship the return yourself to the address below:

Orders Between $1,000–$3,000

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase and will incur:

  • A 15% restocking fee

  • Return shipping costs (choose prepaid label or return it yourself, as outlined above)

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Orders over $3,000

  • Ceiling Baffles

  • Desk Dividers

  • Room Dividers

  • Custom Orders

Note: Multiple orders placed within seven (7) days will be treated as one combined order and follow the return guidelines above.


🔁 Exchange Policy

If you'd like to exchange a product, we offer two flexible options:

Option 1: Immediate Exchange

Purchase your new item(s) up front and return the original items. We’ll refund the returned items once they are received and processed.

Option 2: Standard Exchange

Return your original item(s) first. Once we receive and process your return, we’ll ship your replacement order.

Return shipping costs apply to both exchange options and follow the same guidelines listed under the Return Policy.
