We understand that plans change—if you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

📩 How to Request a Cancellation

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and cancellation request. We'll check the status of your order and let you know if cancellation is still possible.

⏳ Timing Matters

Whether an order can be canceled depends on how far along it is in our production process:

• If your order has not entered production, we’ll do our best to cancel it and issue a full refund.

• If it’s already in production or has shipped, it may not be eligible for cancellation. In this case, you may still be able to initiate a return once the order arrives (see Return Policy).

🚫 Custom Orders

Please note: Custom orders cannot be canceled once submitted, as they are made specifically for you and begin processing shortly after the order is placed.
