How to Install Your Felt Right TilesUpdated 23 days ago

Installing your Felt Right design is simple and mess-free. Follow the steps below to bring your space to life with beautiful, sound-dampening tiles.

1. Lay Out Your Design

We recommend starting by laying the tiles out on the floor or a large table. This helps you visualize your layout and locate all the pieces before installation begins.

👉 Use the printed legend included in your package to match each tile by color and shape to its correct position. This guide is essential for accurate placement and includes a full layout map, color key, and shape reference.

2. Apply Removable Adhesive Tabs

Peel off the adhesive tabs and stick them to the back of each tile. Rub each tab to smooth it out and ensure it adheres securely.

3. Install Your First Tile

Measure and level a straight line where your first tile will go—start at the center of the wall if possible. Lightly mark the top edge with a pencil, align your tile with the line, and press firmly for about 30 seconds.

4. Complete Your Design

Continue applying tiles, pressing each one firmly into place. Make sure each tile is snug against the next, or use our spacer tool if your design includes gaps. Follow the printed layout guide that came with your order for reference.

5. Enjoy Your New Space

Once your installation is complete, step back and admire your work! Pin up a few favorite photos, enjoy the sound absorption, and start planning your next project.
