What if my package gets lost or arrives damaged?Updated 23 days ago

At Felt Right, we take great care in packing and shipping your order, but we understand that things can occasionally go wrong in transit.

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us right away so we can make it right.

🛠️ Damaged Packages

If your order arrives with damaged items:

  • Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery

  • Please include photos of the damaged product and packaging

  • We’ll assess the issue and arrange for replacements or other resolution as quickly as possible

📦 Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, or if it hasn’t moved in several days:

  • Email us at [email protected] with your order number and shipping address

  • We’ll investigate with the carrier and work with you to locate or replace the shipment as needed
