If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us right away so we can make it right.
🛠️ Damaged Packages
If your order arrives with damaged items:

Please include photos of the damaged product and packaging
We’ll assess the issue and arrange for replacements or other resolution as quickly as possible
📦 Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, or if it hasn’t moved in several days:
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and shipping address
We’ll investigate with the carrier and work with you to locate or replace the shipment as needed
